This
project use ICT based activities focused on the theme of Town and
Community as part of the program “Building a Jewish World”. The
students are from classrooms in Israel and abroad, and particularly
classrooms participating in the Partnership 2000 program which
connects communities in Israel and in the Diaspora. Among the
activities included in this program: Research activities related to
the characteristics of communities in the past and the present;
Investigation of the historical process of establishment of
communities; the consequences of processes like persistent emigration
and living as a minority on the Jewish society.
The
program is carried out through structured activities; discussions in
for a and publication in the network the work carried out by the
students regarding their communities.
