| The
Gan Bareshet project was established by the Directorate for Science
and Technology and the Division for Pre-School Education through the
Supervision for Science and Technology at Early Childhood Education.
“Gan Bareshet”
(A garden in the network) aims at providing support for the Early
Childhood Education system in Israel. The project’s site presents
the framework programs for ages 2-3, 3-6 and children with special
needs. Special projects derived from local initiatives besides
curricular integrated planning.
The purpose is to
create a virtual community of educators, to provide for experiences in
processes of teaching/learning at early childhood, to kept the
educators updated. The near future plans include communication between
the kindergarten and the children and international cooperation of
Early Childhood Educators.
