Tikshuv Darom hosts several ICT based projects developed by teachers from
the Southern Region of the Ministry of Education. The sites are
maintained by their owners and the updates are carried out directly
from their homes by direct access to the Internet server. This is an
authentic creation carried out voluntarily by the teachers. This
activity engages all the activists of Tikshuv Darom (about a thousand)
into a creative community, which deeply believes in the empowerment
capabilitiesof knowledge
as it is transferred among the participants through the network. The
distribution of information by publication in the Internet enables
also teachers from other regions to enjoy the product of this
creation. Some examples of projects developed by teachers as the
result of local needs in their schools:
