| “Leading Teachers” courses have been carried out by
Eshel Mahshevim in the Teachers Support Center “Hemdat Darom” the
focus was set on the creativity of teachers in the network as the main
process for the assimilation of ICT in education. The process where
the teacher creates the ICT based contents for his classroom was
adopted as the way for transforming
traditional modes of teaching into those based on ICT. This is the
mainroad for integrating the educational process carried out by
teachers and the contents available in the network. Some of the
