This
is an interactive game that integrates Web surfing skills and
searching in the Internet with a deep acquaintance with the Nabatean
culture and the convoys they lead in the Desert.
The
Quizz is composed by a story with 16 chapters. Each chapter includes
questions and tasks, as well as directions to the sites in which it is
possible to find most of the answers. The participants are invited to
open a page “The personal solution page” with a password that
enables them to come back and complete the solution. When the Quizz is
completed it is sent to the organisers by email and the correct answer
is sent back to the participants.
During
the game the participants are directed to the database NEGEV (in
Hebrew) established by the Midreshet Sde Boker and to other sites in
English and in Hebrew.
The
target populations are students, visitors to the region and to
everybody wishing to know more about the Negev and those who like to
solve Quizzes.
