| A database with 25 trecks for visiting the mountains of
the Negev. They are arranged by geographical areas: Sde Boker, the
Nitzana area and the western border, Mizpe Rimon, and the Large Canyon
area (Machtesh Gadol). The descriptions can be accessed either through
the map or the list. For each treck there is a detailed explanation
about it, a detailed map, the maps that can be used, the necessary
equipment and how to reach the starting point. There are instructions
regarding safety and nature protection. Detailed information regarding
plants and animals that live in the different areas are included. |
