Towards an Israeli Policy for
Education and Culture in the Information Society

The mission of the Internet Society, Israeli Chapter is to support for the
technical evolution of the Internet as a research and education infrastructure as well as
the education of the academic and scientific communities and the public concerning the
technology, use and application of the Internet.
ISOC-IL will endorse the distribution of an informative
brochure to all schools in Israel on the occasion of Netdays Europe 1999 with examples of
CMC projects, information on the Internet in Israel and suggestion for the schools
participation in European schools projects.
