On the occasion of the fourth
anniversary of the assassination of Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Yitzhak Rabin,
Snunit has established an educational site dedicated to his memory, that deals with
assassinations in history.
The site has a section dedicated to Rabin that includes a photography exhibition of
the days immediately following the assassination and links to resources dedicated to the
Rabin heritage.
The section dedicated to political assassinations reviews the history of 15 such
events from Biblical times until our days. Why Gedaliahu Ben Ahikam was assassinated? How
did Atila's death change Western history? Have the assassins of Rosa Luxembourg,
Abdallah King of Jordan and Malcolm X been identified and captured? When the assassination
of Kennedy will be finally elucidated?
These and other related questions are discussed so as to find the motives of
political assassinations through history. The site provides information, photographs,
discussion forums and links to relevant sites. |
